This practice has relieved pain, built strength, improved my posture, opened my heart and helped me find my backbone! I feel confident and radiant. It has been incredible for my everyday posture and I love Paris as a teacher.

And after years of doing fitness classes I had normalized my lower back hurting after each class. But not after bowspring! I was amazed and hooked ever since.
